GATHERING THE SHEAVES

They that sow in tears shall reap in joy. He that goeth forth and weepeth, bearing precious seed, shall doubtless come again with rejoicing, bringing his sheaves with him.
"Psalms 126:5-6"

Without fail it's going happen. This is amazing. You know sheaves is a bundle of stock or grain you bind together after they are caught. You bind them together for transportation or storage. But here he is referring to some forms of harvest from your sowing.
You are coming back with your sheaves. In the old testament God's people were God's servant. God had to do things for them . They called to God and he will do things for them. In the new testament we are his partners, we work together. We do things together. In the old testament the angels had authority over the people. A simple example is when Zachariah failed to believe the word of angel Gabriel. The angel made him dumb for his unbelief. When the people asked him the name of his son when he was finally born, that's when he received his healing. But in the new testament the angels are our servants. They serve us.

Hebrews 1: 13-14 KJV
But to which of the angels said he at any time, Sit on my right hand, until I make thine enemies thy footstool? Are they not all ministering spirits, sent forth to minister for them who shall be heirs of salvation? The angels ministered to them in the old testament but they minister for us in the new testament. That's why the name of Jesus is so powerful. We give instructions in the name of Jesus.

John 15:7-8 KJV
If ye abide in me, and my words abide in you, ye shall ask what ye will, and it shall be done unto you. Herein is my Father glorified, that ye bear much fruit; so shall ye be my disciples.
If you don't make things happen, it won't happen. What do you do? Speak peace like Jesus did. The storm was raging and the wind but he says peace be still. Jesus was not just saying words without understanding. He addressed the waves and the storm. He said calm down. When your heart is beating fast and you are panicking put your hand on your chest and say calm down.

Think what we can do as sons of God. He has made us a wonder. He said nothing shall be impossible unto you. How does he see us? What's on his mind concerning us? He thinks us super because he has blessed us. He has sent us as sheep in the midst of wolves. He wasn't thinking something terrible will happen to us. He says be wise as serpents and harmless as doves. He says fear not I am with you even unto the end of the earth.
It doesn't matter what the storm says the wind boisterous but Jesus said peace be still. The disciples had their peace right in the boat with them. How could you be afraid? Your peace is with you
Now he is not in the boat with us, he is in us. Jesus is the logos. You speak and the miracles happen. No wonder he says he says be rich and full of the word. Let the word dwell in you richly. If you abide in me and I abide in you what do you want? Just tell him. He knows how to fix it. He is wisdom. He knows what to do. You are not even in the midst of the fiery furnace like Shedrach, Mishack and Abdenego yet. God didn't save them from the furnace. The fourth man came in to join them. He is with you even in that challenge. You are not alone.

CONFESSIONS
God is with me. I refuse to fear. God is with me. Greater is he that is in me than he that is in the world. I am above only.

He'll Make Up For Lost Time

I’ll make up for the years of the locust, the great locust devastation—Locusts savage, locusts deadly, fierce locusts, locusts of doom…. (Joel 2:25 MSG).

If you ever find yourself in a quagmire, or in some unpleasant situation, don’t fret or think that you’re helpless. Don’t say, “This is my worst time in life!” Christ lives in you, and that’s what matters. He’s the restorer of wasted years, time, resources, money, energy, etc. He’ll make up for lost time. No human being or government may ever be able to give back to you what you’ve lost, but God can! He’s the God that “quickens the dead,” that is, gives life to the dead. He can bring back everything, and more! He can restore peace and order back to your life; you need not fret or be dismayed. Mark 4:37-41 tells a story of how the disciples set their sail, and the winds became boisterous and waves billowed into the boat to sink it. They were really in a fix. But Jesus was at the back of the boat, sleeping. Startled at the ravaging storms and the billowing waves, the disciples woke Him up and said, “Master, don’t you care that we perish?”

Jesus woke up and gave the word, “Peace, be still,” and there was a great calm. It made no difference how strong the tempest was; what mattered was that the Master was in their boat. Same way, Christ is in you today, and by His Spirit, He’ll cause you to be triumphant and laugh your way through life.

Stick to the Word; even when you think time isn’t in your favour to accomplish certain things, don’t push the panic button! Keep your composure; the God who lives in you is the owner of time. He can restore wasted years, months, weeks, days, hours, minutes, seconds, and even wasted moments. He can move you a hundred paces forward, far ahead of your competitors, detractors and adversaries. Halleluiah!
